Note: We do not require photographs. If you choose to upload them for album artwork or context, they are processed securely.

1.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed via secure third-party processors (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details. Our payment partners handle all card processing using industry-standard security protocols.

1.3 Website Usage Data

Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand visitor behavior and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may collect data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring source. This information helps us improve the site and serve relevant content.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Creating and delivering your custom song.
• Communicating with you about your project, including the lyric review step.
• Handling refunds and customer support.
• Processing payments and preventing fraud.
• Improving our website and measuring advertising effectiveness.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Production Tools & Data Processing

Our song production process uses modern music production tools, including generative software systems, with human creative direction. As part of this process, the creative details you submit at intake (story, names, themes, occasion) are processed through these tools to produce your song.

• We Do Not: Sell your creative details, share identifiable content with external platforms for the purpose of training public machine learning models, or use your story to produce a song for any other customer.
• Confidentiality: We use enterprise-grade agreements with our technology partners to ensure your personal stories remain confidential and are processed solely for the creation of your order.
• Your story is yours: The intake details you submit are used only for your specific song. We do not reuse or recycle stories across customers.

4. Data Storage and Retention

We retain your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to create your song and resolve any related questions.

• Intake Data: Retained for up to 90 days after song delivery.
• Final Song Files: Stored for 21 days after delivery. After this timeframe, files may be permanently deleted. See our Terms of Service for redelivery details.
• Order Records: Basic order information (purchase date, package, customer email) is retained for accounting and legal purposes per applicable laws.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. We honor these rights for all customers, including those under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar regulations.
